Who We Work With

County Health Rankings & Roadmaps relies on vibrant relationships with organizations and individuals to advance health equity in communities across the country. We believe that when we are aligned and working together, we can support communities to improve health and equity through data, evidence, and examples.

Working Together

We collaborate with the following organizations to achieve health and equity:

Their mission is to provide a wide variety of health and health-related information to help policymakers, advocates and individuals understand a population’s health in a holistic, inclusive manner.

City Health Dashboard / Congressional District Health Dashboard

More than 80 percent of U.S. residents live in urban areas. But until recently, few measures have been available for cities to assess health, the factors that shape it, and the drivers of health equity. That's where the City Health Dashboard comes in. Our goal is to provide city leaders with an array of regularly refreshed data to support health-related decision-making.

Image
The Congressional District Health Dashboard builds on the expertise developed by the team at City Health Dashboard. This new tool provides actionable measures of health and its drivers calculated at the congressional district level, showing users how their district is doing on health outcomes, social and economic factors, and more. It is designed to help lawmakers, advocates, journalists, and others dig into congressional district-level data, identify priorities, and drive action.
